  • Our pricing is transparent and competitive. A basic website starts at £99 a month, while more complex projects like e-commerce sites or web apps are priced based on specific requirements. We provide detailed quotes after understanding your needs.

  • The subscription has an intial 6 month commitment then you can cancel anytime, and we will continue to provide support until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You just sign a new 6 month contract.

  • You just pay the remaining months until the 6 month commitment is over, then you can cancel with no further payments.

  • Every invoice has a 7 day grace period, after which a late fee of £10 is applied. If payment is not received within 30 days, we may suspend services until the account is brought current however we do understand that small businesses can suffer from sudden cash flow issues and we will do our utmost to work with you.

  • We send email invoices with a link to pay securely online via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for larger projects.

  • The £50 per additional page is a one-time fee for the design and development of each additional page beyond the initial scope of the project. It does not affect your monthly subscription cost, which covers ongoing support and maintenance.

  • Our refund policy is straightforward: if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund. After that, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
